Talk about extra. This has strawberry, tonic water, mineral and chamomile characters running juicily – and elegantly – throughout, which is both delicious and satisfying in itself. But it also has an extra punch of flavour to the back palate, a rind-like note, a chalky/grapey aspect to the texture and excellent length; all of which amounts to fantastic quality, and gorgeous drinking. 95 points.
