There’s a generosity to the flavour here. It tastes of hay and preserved lemons, grilled peaches and sweet pastry, with a slip of strawberry adding to the parade. One sip and you think: yep, I’m happy with this. It’s not short on complexity but it’s the buoyancy of the fruit flavours that draws you in. 91 points.
