Winemaker Justin Purser had a terrific multi-award-winning reign as Best’s chief winemaker before heading out on his own to establish Purser Wines.

This image was taken at Great Western while he was making the wines at Best’s. We have a very old bottle of Best’s something or other on the table in front of us, which drank superbly. Black and white wins the day for this image again (or I think it does, below) but then, so too does natural-window-side-light. In post-processing I did some work on the background behind Justin, just to clean and professional it up a bit.
