McWilliam’s Wines 660 Reserve Pinot Noir 2023

Mattinson review of McWilliam’s Wines 660 Reserve Pinot Noir 2023.

McWilliam’s Wines 660 Reserve Pinot Noir 2023
$25, 14% alcohol, screwcap, Tumbarumba.

This is a juicy, light, spicy red wine with red cherry, strawberry, cranberry and twiggy spice notes floating throughout. It’s definitely on the light side of the palate-weight equation but it’s complex, free-flowing, easy-to-drink and easy-to-like, with just enough grip on the finish to give it good shape. 90 points.
