e’Stellar Estate Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 2025
$45, 13% alcohol, screwcap, Yarra Valley.

A kiss of smoky, sweet, cedarwood oak leads to a well-flavoured, varietal palate that’s flush with both red and black cherry fruit and ample roasted spice notes. This wine puts a positive foot forward from the outset and remains engaging and attractive from start to finish. The palate has just enough generousity; the finish feels dry; everything here flows nicely. It’s good now and will be better again in 12 months. 93 points.
